Rabies Vaccination
Rabies vaccinations must be dated between 30 days before arrival and less than one year old to be considered valid before entry. You will need to bring the original rabies vaccination certificate signed by your vet.
30-Day Waiting Period After Vaccinations
Dogs and cats cannot enter Argentina until 30 days after primary rabies vaccination. Pets that are less than three months old are exempt from this requirement.
Argentina Health Certificate from a USDA Accredited Veterinarian
Your dog and cat must have an Argentina Health Certificate from a USDA accredited veterinarian. The health certificate is valid for 10 days. Your pet must enter Argentina within this ten-day period. Health certificates frequently are updated so it is always best to check with the USDA on current versions.

Required Vaccinations
Your pet must have vaccinations from a USDA accredited veterinarian. These vaccinations are requirements when traveling from the United States to Singapore and may be different when coming back, it is important to keep track of variation in vaccinations when traveling. Your pet’s health certificate must include the following vaccinations:
Required Vaccinations for Dogs:
- Rabies: at least 4 months before the travel date. And one month after vaccination and within 6 months from travel, your pet must have a blood sample tested for acceptable rabies antibody levels.
- Canine distemper virus: not less than 14 days from travel
- Infectious canine hepatitis: not less than 14 days from travel
- Canine parvoviral infection: not less than 14 days travel
Required Vaccinations for Cats:
- Rabies: at least 4 months before the travel date. And one month after vaccination and within 6 months from travel, your pet must have a blood sample tested for acceptable rabies antibody levels.
- Feline panleukopaenia: not less than 14 days from travel
- Feline Calicivirus: not less than 14 days from travel
- Feline viral rhinotracheitis: not less than 14 days from travel
