Several years ago our founder Angel Torres was introduced to the fascinating industry of pet relocation. Having experienced the relocation process from all angles, all the while, getting the unique opportunity to work directly with airlines, veterinarians and government agencies has helped Angel streamline and simplify the pet relocation process.
As a pet owner and animal lover Angel understood how strenuous the experience could be for pets and their humans–and their wallet. Armed with years of experience, Angel had a vision to create a team of relocation specialist that are passionate about putting pets first in everything we do, while working with clients to make the process affordable.
In 2019 All Paw Express was launched–a Los Angeles based fellowship that works to make the relocation process the smoothest and safest in the industry. We make the process worry-free for the whole family and provide you with a personal consultant dedicated to making sure your pet receives the highest level of care at all stages of the relocation process. Angel Torres
Angel Torres has had several years experience in the pet relocation industry helping hundreds of families relocate their pets both domestically and internationally. When Angel is not helping relocate pets he is spending time with his own little furry family members, Leo who is a Bengal cat and Marley the German Shepherd, who both enjoy walks at the beach or hiking nearby mountains.
Nicholas Gutierrez
Finance Director
Nick Gutierrez graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration and has had extensive exposure to the niche industry of Pet Relocation. By leveraging his financial background and knowledge of the pet relocation industry All Paws Express is able to provide it’s clientele with the most affordable relocation options. When he’s not in the office, he spends time with his own fur baby Bagheera who enjoys hiking and destroying her toys.

Robert Torres has many years of experience in multiple marketing platforms which allows All Paws Express to share it’s quality service and mission to potential clients and pet enthusiasts all over the world. Robert is a pet lover himself as he grew up around German Shepherds his entire childhood and currently has a pet bird named Iris.
